Obama: Doesn’t want to ban porn.
Obama: Doesn’t want to restrict your internet.
Obama: Doesn’t want to take away your guns.
Obama: Supports gay marriage.
Obama: Education for all!
Obama: Universal healthcare!
Obama: Wants to continue Planned Parenthood!
Americans: You’re destroying this country.
THINKSQUAD:
Banning porn and internet restrictions are bills that are trying to gain support in the senate and congress.
Now about the guns, he left that to the states to decide, some states are harder to get a gun and some are not, but still states decide.
Obama, says he supports gay marriage, but those are words, he too left that to the states to decide. Some states allow gays to marry others will NEVER let it happen.
As for Education for all, it’s sad that you feel that what passes for education is far from it. Take Connecticut, the best in the nation, still has 58% of 8th graders scoring below reading proficiency.
Everyone is talking about Wisconsin, 2/3 of 8th graders in Wisconsin cannot read proficiently despite being the highest per pupil spending in the Midwest. So it is not a shortage of money, and this is catastrophic in terms of education. So in real dollars Wisconsin Public Schools increased per pupil spending increase by $4245 from 1998-2008, which did not add a single point in 8th grade reading levels, despite this HUGE additional spending. Those who know the system best, the teachers, well they generally take their kids out of them. Nationwide, Public School teachers, are almost twice as likely to choose a Private School for their own children. Those who run the system, well… 37% of Representatives, and 45% of Senators in the 110th District of Congress, sends their kids to Private School, (self-report) Almost 4 times the rate of the general population. Which the number might go higher, but that was them self-reporting. 96% of Democrats who practice school choice voted against voucher program that would give poor family the right to do the same thing.
Universal Healthcare, we do not have nothing like that, unless you are talking the military. We have Universal Mandated Health Insurance. Having someone tell you that you have to buy car insurance doesn’t mean you have no out of pocket expense when you crash your car, while drinking and driving.
He may like to support a woman’s right to choose, but he too has left this to the individual states to decide.
Oh and for those of you who say he ordered Osama Bin Ladin dead, I ask you this: 10 years, 2 wars, 919,967 deaths, and $1,188,263,000,000 (interest and inflation not included) later, we managed to kill one person. Was it worth it? Are we safer now, is the war over? sorry WARS over?
