The process for getting one is pretty simple and soon your friends will be asking for details on how they can become Facebook Gold Members.
Take the photo above and save it to your computer. Upload it to your Facebook account. Make it your profile photo. Now add an Status Update that suggests, “I’ve just signed up for a Facebook Gold Membership! They have a “Dislike” button for Gold Members!”
Ta da! You are now a Gold Member.
When friends ask questions, use these replies:
“Status Update visible to Gold Account Members only.”
“Gold Account beta update in progress. Please be patient!”
“Automatic Reply: This service unavailable for non-Gold members.”
Even better, take that photo and make 20 copies and upload it as an album. Then start tagging your friends in random places in the photo. When they go to look at the photo, they will think they are missing out on something.

Comic Books always have a way of reflecting real life. let’s take Flash Gordon for instance.
When creator Alex Raymond, created Flash Gordon, in 1934, he based his villain, Ming The Merciless, on what people nowadays call the Illuminati. Raymond, made Ming The Merciless, the ruler of the world, but how could a planet with so many people, not revolt and overthrow Ming? Ming used religion. Ming created 3 separate religions, and gave equal powers to all three. Instead of those people focusing on Ming, they would have infighting, and hatred for people of those other groups. Raymond, saw how Jews, Christians, and Muslims, created wars and fought in the name of God. So he took this idea, and placed it in his comic as well. Religion was used as a form of control over it’s population, for higher powers to say in the name of God, with no one able to question this higher authority, what was right, and who they should kill.
Raymond also saw this on a political scale, where the countries powers that be, divided the common people into two or more groups, like Democrat and Republican, while controlling both groups and allowing these groups to bicker and fight amongst themselves, while the ruling elite, did what they want.
On a smaller scale, Raymond visited a prison, and saw how guards and the prison staff was supremely out numbered, but fighting between different social groups, kept inmates focused on day-to-day living in fear, then focusing on overthrowing prison guards.
With this knowledge in hand, Raymond created, Ming the Merciless, and the world of Mongo.

A couple of days ago, I came across a screenshot of a Facebook photo album where the thumbnails come together to make a larger image.
The style comes from a post I came across, and I thought that I’d give it a go. It’s an easy trick to implement and takes advantage of the recent redesign of Facebooks’ photo album view. This is how to do it in Photoshop or GIMP.
In Photoshop
In GIMP
Then…
Go to Facebook, create a new album and upload the 28 images to it.
The images will be in the wrong order when they upload, so when the upload is complete, go to the Organize tab and drag and drop the images into the right order.
Hit Save Changes when you’re done, and click Back to Album to inspect your handiwork.

American kills’ by Chilean-born new york based artist Sebastian Errazuriz is a public
installation showcasing the suicide rates of US soldiers. after searching on official
war sites on the internet, he accidentally found out that 2 times more American soldiers
had died in 2009 by committing suicide than those killed during that same year in the
war in Iraq; an alarming comparison that Errazuriz had personally never read or
heard about before.
according to the artist, a first google search showed only reports of media alarm about
suicide rates, but the information was always comfortably presented divided into months
and generally separated by statistics from the army, navy or air-force.
‘when I first found the overall statistics summed the 304 suicides by US soldiers during
2009, I was shocked. I tried to find a number to compare that statistic. to my surprise
the suicide statistic doubled the total of 149 US soldiers that had died in the iraq war
during 2009 and equaled the number of soldiers killed in afghanistan.‘
Errazuriz’s first instinct was to post the statistic on facebook, dumbfounded by the lack
of response and interest, he bought can of black paint and decided to ‘post’ the news in
the real world on his own wall outside his studio in Brooklyn. equipped with a ladder,
he marked a black strip for every dead soldier, until both the suicide rates and war rates
occupied the entire wall and were registered as a single image.
‘the counting of dead soldiers outside my studio was long and surprisingly eerie; it was
hard to forget that every brush stroke was a soldier who had died the previous year.
a lot of people stopped to read the mural and were immediately impressed by the reality
portrayed. most of them seemed quite shocked and approached me to ask if what I was
painting was real. I tried to explain that I simply wished to create a physical image that
could capture people’s imagination, creating awareness of the current numbers in death,
war and the infinite discrepancy between the resources and energies destined to fight and
protect soldiers at war versus the energies invested in protecting their mental health
and stability.’

Being a bisexual, is hard for many to understand in this society. I and I use the word “I” because I happen to be a bisexual. Most people think that it’s a phase, or that you’re a girl who’s “Gone Wild,” but I always saw both sexes in equal admiration, and I always find both sexes appealing. Many straight and even gay people have a hard time trying to figure out what category to put true bisexuals in.
Woody Allen once said, “Being bisexual doubles your chance of a date on Saturday night.” I have to disagree, many people have no idea how to deal with a true bisexual, and what I mean by true bisexual is I do not try to hold people to any side of the sexual fence, I think we are all learning here, some of us do go one way then fall back to what might be easier on us or on our family or what ever pressures they might have faced. Some explore and then find that they are happy being straight or gay.
I happen to fall in the last category, I always knew I was truly a bisexual, I always knew I had this attraction to both sexes and for that I am a minority.being a bisexual is a minority in the gay community. Straight’s see you as gay anyways.
Persons who are considered to be bisexual are attracted to members of both sexes, but this doesn’t mean that they feel the need to be with a man and a woman at the same time. Just like straight or gay people, the vast majority of bisexual men and women will want a monogamous relationship. When it comes to marriage, a bisexual may end up with a partner of either gender. If a woman marries a man it does not mean that she is straight, and by the same token, by marrying a woman, will not make her gay. The person that they marry will be the one they are in love with as a person, and may or may not have anything to do with the person’s gender.
I had a friend ask me this question and straight people have a hard time answering it.
If a gay man has sex with a woman once in his life, does that make him straight?
If a lesbian has sex with a man once in her life, does that make her straight?
If a straight man has sex with another man once in his life, does that make him gay?
My brother who was 4 years younger then me, I say was, because he was killed in a hate crime for being gay(3 years ago), worked in Congress but not as a congressmen or senator, but worked as a lobbyist for gay rights, he did that till the day he died.
Both my parents were very accepting of my brother and his life choice, and also my life choice, my older sister, she was straight, and also had a strong belief in God, she did not like our sexual choices and often quoted Bible verses to us. No we never really got a long, but my brother and I were close. I tried on many occasions to bridge the gap between my sister and myself, but it never happened, she died 4 years ago, by committing suicide after her children died. I also lost my mother, she died 5 years a go, (cancer) and my father died 6 years ago, (brain tumor) I mention my family because they shaped me into who I am today.
I am proud of being a bisexual, and I am proud to have a close set of friends who support me and love me for being me, so now that I have bored you with my life let’s get on with the famous bisexuals.

Another wasted University Study when they could have just asked me, BBC, College Degrees, Lap Dancers, Looking for a Smart Girl, Strippers
The BBC News, is reporting that the University of Leeds, who must have had to pay people to go into strip clubs and find out more about the women who work there.
The published report states that one in four strippers, opps, I mean, lap dancers, (or should I go with a more PC term like Artistic Dancer) who work at the Strip club has a college degree, and even some of those are pursuing even higher degrees. BBC states, that women are choosing to work as lap-dancers because they can earn more than in traditional graduate jobs.
So I guess if you are single and looking for a well-educated women, now you know the place to head to for your next bride-to-be.

4chan, Anonymous, Cacophony Society, Chuck Palahniuk, Fight Club, MySpace, Tea Baggers, The Tea Party, thinksquad, V for Vendetta, Way of the Gun
We here at Thinksquad have a sad, but true story to tell you. In 1996, a small time writer by the name of, Chuck Palahniuk, changed our lives with a little novel called, Fight Club.
It would be many years later but the ideas that novel had on our fragile little minds, would blossom it to something uncontrollable.
In the novel, the unnamed protagonist struggling with insomnia where he eventually creates a Fight Club, which leads to Project Mayhem. Palahniuk got the idea of Project Mayhem from the Cacophony Society an exclusive club in cities all across America that participate in increasingly elaborate pranks.
Wanting to create our own mark on the map, and knowing that if you have a club with a leader, that leader can be discredited, lost, taken out, or quit, then the club starts to lose it’s meaning, so why not form a club that has no leaders. Off this very simple idea anonymous was born.
Having degrees in Art and Political Science helped, so a brainstorming session happened, and a design was created to show the world our idea. A figure without a head, someone anonymous. Also seeing so many quotes and poems that had “~anonymous” as the author hit us like a brick.
So we sketched out an idea
So coming up with a motto was next, something that told others we were united and leaderless.
Then we hit the forums and message boards, 4chan was huge at the time and that was our first stop along with Myspace. Spreading our group message, back then we thought what we created was a pure piece of art.
Things at this time for the group was awesome, our MySpace page had 30,000 friends, and in less then a year we were seeing our brand take shape, then shit hit the fan, we lost our job, money was tight, came close to living in our car, starting living by the motto, from the movie, “Way of the Gun”
There is a natural order. The way things are meant to be. An order that says that the good guys always win. That you die when it’s your time, or you have it coming. That the ending is always happy, if only for someone else. Now at some point it became clear to us that our path had been chosen and we had nothing to offer the world. Our options narrowing down to petty crime or minimum wage. So, we stepped off the path, and went looking for the fortune that we knew was looking for us. Once off the path you do what you can to eat and to keep moving. You don’t blow your ghost of a chance with nickel and dime. No possessions, no comforts. Need is the ultimate monkey. You keep your life simple and you can literally self sustain.
An ad in our local paper mentioned paying money for a brand, heck we were artist, starving yes, but artist nonetheless. So we wrote them at the library, ( had no internet at our apartment) and the next day they wanted to set up a meeting. They wanted to pay us for artwork done, a $100 dollars for each piece, so we sold them our anonymous idea, and each piece of artwork, no we had no idea, that this group would turn it into a “Scientology-hate group” we sold them over 30 pieces of work, and even help come up with brand ideas, and in no time, they were the face of a brand, we once had control of.
With the help of a movie, V for Vendetta, they changed the brand to disguise who they were.
Like the protagonist in Fight Club, we created a monster, and with no head or leadership to tackle, the snowball was big and only getting bigger. Now as we write this, Anonymous is huge in countries all over the world. Even mother fucking Tea-baggers from Oregon are using the motto and ideas we created, as theirs.
Who knew that a few signs posted up on college message boards, and internet forums would turn into an uncontrollable beast.

In New York City, a local artist has an art exhibit up, which contain ants in a plexiglas container and they are only being fed McDonalds to eat and nothing else. Yes some of the Ants didn’t make it, and most feel quite lethargic. Yes we think that’s cruel and unusual punishment, but if Morgan Spurlock, from Super Size Me, can hack it, then maybe some of the tortured ants will survive the exhibit.
For most Americans, fast food is a way of life.
Our friends over at Online Schools, have a wonderful infograph for all of you to check out about fast food.

With the huge success of James Cameron’s Avatar, 3D seems all the rage, so a little company in Hong Kong, is trying to come out with “3-D Sex & Zen: Extreme Ecstasy” is being touted as the world’s first IMAX-3-D erotic film.
The porn industry which was hit very hard by the “free” porn that is on the internet, is trying any gimmick to make money.
We’re not sure if you thought of this, but we wonder if your neighbor sitting next to you will mind your pants around your ankles and your tally-whacker all hanging out?

Which U.S. Congressman had a dead aide found in his office while the media was hounding U.S. Congressman Gary Condit about his missing ex-intern, Chandra Levy?
When this story first broke in the Florida panhandle, we wondered if we were in store for some Gary Condit-style media coverage. Needless to say, this story never made national TV. The big boys of broadcast had their sights set solely on Condit and had no time to cover the unusual death of a healthy, politically active 28-year-old female aide in a U.S. Congressman’s district office.
The so-called national media — felt it was more important to keep plucking feathers from their latest Democrat goose than to ruffle the feathers of a Republican Congressman who unexpectedly resigned just a few months after being reelected. Now an aide had been found dead in his office, but the national news media simply weren’t interested.
After all was said and done, a few things became quite clear. The authorities, mainly the police who investigated the scene, gave the appearance of a cover-up by immediately stating that there were no signs of foul play. It subsequently was revealed that the dead woman had a wound to her forehead, which seemed to fly in the face of the initial statements by investigators. If this wasn’t an example of poor police work, it most certainly was a case of bumbled media and public relations.
How could police rule out foul play until they knew the cause of the wound, before an autopsy was conducted and toxicology tests performed?
The local newspaper, the Northwest Florida Daily News, tried to get information from local authorities and claimed they were sandbagged at every turn . No one suggested that the Congressman had anything to do with the death, but the manner in which authorities handled the press shows one thing. They gave the benefit of the doubt to the popular Republican Congressman, and it is doubtful they would have done the same for any ordinary Joe.
ONLY ONE NEWSPAPER IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES COVERED THIS DRAMA — The NW Florida Daily News (Ft. Walton Beach) many of the links to the article, which had 21 at the time all have been removed. Joe’s hometown newspaper, the Pensacola News Journal only ran three brief articles.

In case you were wondering what the Bible verse says, "Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself." - Leviticus 19: 18
The rap music mogul, Russell Simmons, made his loft which is across the street from ground zero into a anti-protest sign.
Even Texas Senator, and President wannabe had to add his two cents to the whole Mosque debate.
If you would like to read what Senator Paul wrote, you can click here, but we’ll highlight a few things for you.
Is the controversy over building a mosque near ground zero a grand distraction or a grand opportunity?
…Instead, we hear lip service given to the property rights position while demanding that the need to be “sensitive” requires an all-out assault on the building of a mosque, several blocks from “ground zero.”
…In my opinion it has come from the neo-conservatives who demand continual war in the Middle East and Central Asia and are compelled to constantly justify it.
…They never miss a chance to use hatred toward Muslims to rally support for the ill conceived preventative wars….
…The claim is that we are in the Middle East to protect our liberties is misleading. To continue this charade, millions of Muslims are indicted and we are obligated to rescue them from their religious and political leaders. And, we’re supposed to believe that abusing our liberties here at home and pursuing unconstitutional wars overseas will solve our problems…
…The nineteen suicide bombers didn’t come from Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan or Iran. Fifteen came from our ally Saudi Arabia, a country that harbors strong American resentment, yet we invade and occupy Iraq where no al Qaeda existed prior to 9/11…
…The justification to ban the mosque is no more rational than banning a soccer field in the same place because all the suicide bombers loved to play soccer…
…Conservatives are once again, unfortunately, failing to defend private property rights, a policy we claim to cherish…
…It is repeatedly said that 64% of the people, after listening to the political demagogues, don’t want the mosque to be built. What would we do if 75% of the people insist that no more Catholic churches be built in New York City? The point being is that majorities can become oppressors of minority rights as well as individual dictators. Statistics of support is irrelevant when it comes to the purpose of government in a free society—protecting liberty…
…This is all about hate and Islamaphobia…
